Shaping a sustainable future
Project development based on ESG
ESG provides guidance on how to avoid future risks for companies and their products in the context of environmental and social issues of society as well as corporate governance.
For the residential asset class, B3 Development has defined a catalogue that structures the three dimensions E, S and G into nine fields of action* and 25 criteria.
This defines the target corridor for our project development, the sustainability of our investments and our contribution to the socio-ecological transformation of society through urban development.
Measurable indicators provide the data framework for comprehensive sustainability reporting.
Our modern forms of housing for later life are investments that combine environmental sustainability with a response to the social aspects of demographic change, the S and E dimensions per se. The housing concept responds to the desire for community, society and security for an active, self-determined old age. The design is scalable, the construction is serial, modular and systemic with a focus on the CO2 lifecycle, and striving to be QNG certified.
